A new built complex, located in the Gulf of Orosei, in a picturesque territory with beautiful beaches and pine forests.The Hotel Marina Beach, with its architectural Moorish style, its gardens, its internal squares, fascinating pools and its position in relation to the sea, can be described as one of the most majestic, elegant and imposing resorts made in Sardinia.It rises on a vast green area bordering the sea navy of Orosei and consists of one single building on two or three floors, in front of the beach 'On Baron', a beach sand about 7 km.Furnished luxuriously in traditional sardinian style. They are all covered with a veranda, bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, color TV, mini bar and safe.Full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, drinks with meals included (Mineral Water & Wine House).TO PAY ON SPOT:-Club Card 35 ¿ per person weekly (children up to 6 years excluded). Includes: beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sun chairs (except the first and second row, who against payment and in the pool, until exhausted), use of sports equipment, day and night animation and Mini Club 5-10 years from 24-05 to 07-09.OPTIONAL COSTS TO PAY ON SPOT:-Sea View Side 5 Euros per person per day, seafront room 10 ¿ per person per day and it has to be comunicated at same time like the booking.-Beach Service 105 ¿ per week the first row (one umbrella and two sun beds), 70 ¿ per week for the second row, (one umbrella and two sunchairs, it has to be comunicated at the same time like the booking ( only until exhaustion)-Transfer 35 ¿ per person , to the Port and Airport of Olbia, cartransport 1-4 persons or mini-bus transport 5-8 seats (min. 2 persons), to be paid on the spot ( to be comunicated the same time of booking) Children up to 2 years gratis, children from 2 to 14 years reductions of 50%. Transport for a single person ¿ 70 each way. In case of not using and not comunication there will be a charge of the full amount.-Animals are not allowed.-Cot is for free (including meals for children up to 2 years not completed-Reductions: 3 rd / 4 th bed for adult and, or for children, information and costs please contact the Reservation Center. -To know: the sports and recreational facilities of the complex like the pool, piano bar (disco), animation, miniclub, are not activated if the weather conditions or the low number of guests does not justify the operation, for such a non-activation, can not get any refund claimed Important:Tourist tax in Sardinia from June to September could be required (at the moment its not known which comunities will applicate these taxes) for the amount of 1 or 2 ¿ per person per day
